StudyLink LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. It has formulated its Privacy policy as per the standards of Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPPs). We adopt this Notice to comply with the Fair Information Practice Principles per the 5 USC 552 Federal Privacy law. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of users’ information on the StudyLink application ("Service"). It informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Application refers to StudyLink, the software program provided by the Company.

4. Children's Privacy

The privacy policy is carefully crafted to prevent the intentional gathering of information from individuals under the age of sixteen. Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from this age group.
